Bringing Your Dog to Our Venue: Our Dog Policy

At Westlands Entertainment Venue, we believe in creating a warm and inclusive space where everyone can feel at home. Whether you’re a dog lover, someone with allergies or anxieties, we’ve designed our venue to ensure comfort and enjoyment for all our customers.

That’s why we’ve introduced a dog-free area alongside our dog-friendly zones, so you can relax and unwind without worry. If you’d like to bring your four-legged friend along, we’re delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs in our Café, Lounge, and Bar areas. To make sure everyone has a fantastic time, we’ve put together a few simple guidelines for dog owners:

Our Dog-Friendly Guidelines

1. Supervision and Control: Dogs must be well-behaved, under control, and supervised by their owner at all times.
2. Furniture Rules: To keep our spaces clean and comfortable, dogs must remain on the floor and are not allowed on chairs, sofas, tables, or other furniture.
3. Leash Policy: Please keep your dog on a lead and ensure they do not cause any disturbance or inconvenience to other customers.
4. Designated Areas: Dogs must stay within the designated dog-friendly areas and avoid any clearly marked No Dogs zones.
5. Cleanliness Matters: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
6. No Unattended Dogs: For the safety of your pet and others, dogs should never be left unattended.
7. Consideration for Others: We ask all dog owners to be mindful of other customers, especially those who may feel nervous or uncomfortable around dogs.
8. Hygiene and Safety: For health, safety and hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted in food preparation or service areas.

Theatre and Cinema: Assistance Dogs Only
To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, only recognised assistance dogs are allowed in our Theatre and Cinema areas.

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue, subject to any specific operational or safety requirements.

Our Right to Refuse Entry
While we love seeing dogs in our venue, we reserve the right to ask any dog to leave if it is disruptive, aggressive, excessively noisy, or otherwise causing concern for the safety or comfort of customers, staff, or other animals.
