“I love this Serenade enormously” wrote Tchaikovsky with justification for one of his most joyful and romantic works. Alongside, Dominic Degavino, winner of awards from the Epinal International Piano Competition in France, the Royal Overseas League and the Tillett Trust, plays Mozart’s sprightly C major piano concerto in a concert opening with Holst’s tunefully English St Paul’s Suite.
