From the co-creator and star of the cult MTV show Dirty Sanchez, Matt Pritchard, comes the BBC’s first ever vegan cookery series and accompanying book – Dirty Vegan.

Dirty Vegan shows you just how easy it can be to go vegan and how the right nutrition can help you perform in all aspects of life. In the series Matt is set the challenge to create proper healthy vegan food for people with specific nutritional needs. From a women’s rugby team and teenagers, to emergency services and members of the Women’s Institute, he examines the science behind ingredients such as egg alternatives, and sets out to convince each group of the benefits of a vegan diet.

Now an endurance athlete, Matt credits much of his success to becoming 100% vegan.
