Having first toured in 2018/19, the production received hundreds of 5 star reviews and ended with a Brighton show which was enjoyed by Quadrophenia stars Phil Daniels and Trevor Laird, as well as Jane Horrocks and other celebrity fans.
This show brings a wonderfully orchestrated scale of rock music to the theatre stage. Backed by a huge backdrop of bespoke film, the show envelopes and immerses you - whether you were mod, rocker or whatever creed - in that feeling of angst, love, lost love, tortured adolescence and glory of youth.
"Absolutely first class... Having toured with The Who for 10 years I can safely say that this band is the next best thing and the closest you will ever get to the real thing" - Wolfy Foxlow (close friend of Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey)
"I have seen The Who 20+ times since 1969 at the Isle of Wight festival and The Goldhawks performance was wonderful. They performed just like the actual Who, absolutely brilliant" - Long-standing Who fan Roger Clifford
"Do NOT think of The Goldhawks as a tribute act. No one would call The Royal Opera a Puccini tribute act. They are interpreters of great operas. I was blown away by the Darlington Quadrophenia and am counting the days to Tommy" - Ian Spencer, Darlington.
"Five hours on the motorway well worth it... had a great night... fantastic!!" - Sue Bushby, Bedford
"An incredible show. Everyone was on their feet at the end for a standing ovation. Would love to see them again" - Martin Green, Bedford
